When my fiancee proposed to me, he bought the ring and I bought his wedding ring only because I wanted his ring to be a surprise when I put it on his finger. Sometimes couples go together and pick the rings out but it's whatever suits the both of you.

The bride buys the groom's ring. If you want matching bands you can go together, or if not you can choose one on your own. I had my husband's custom made and it is lovely.

Yes, the bride should buy the groom's wedding band. He's already spent enough on yours!

The bride buys the grooms ring, it is your gift to your husband to symbolize the vows you've made.

He should buy the set, for one it is cheaper that way, but if he is planing on getting married the set is the NICE way to go. If not, if you want him to have a wedding band yes buy it, some men dont even have a band. there is really no set way to do it.

Traditionally, he doesn't get a ring until he is married.
He buys the wedding set, or his family does... either way.
