hold back her hair - find a bucket or a trash can if she isn't going to make into to the bathroom - and don't kiss her aleast until she has brushed her teeth and gargled a good gallon of mouthwash. The find out what cause her to throw up and don't take responsibility to the fact you were responsible for buying her those 10 alcoholic drinks. Just deny everything but apologize for calling her disgusting and try to get her to tell you what is bothering her unless you want her to become your ex-girlfriend sport.

I would say you asked this question totally in jest. If not you are not worth of you girlfriend and you are worm. Tell your girlfriend that you are a worm then am let her step on you - it will give her some satisfaction.

If she is throwing up because of a eating disorder of sometype tell her that she needs to go to a self-help group like OA and let her you your computer to find their website and get her over to a meeting. Then find yourself another girlfriend if you don't think you can be there for her.

If she keeps throwing up call poison control and or her medical doctor. Hide the poison if you are the one who poisoned her on purpose - don't hide it if it is an accident or she did it to herself. Always take care of yourself first.

Treatment is most effective when it is implemented early on in the development of the disorder. Unfortunately, since this disorder is often easier to hide and less physically noticeable, diagnosis and treatment often come when the disorder has already become a static part of the patient’s life. Historically, those with bulimia were often hospitalized to end the pattern and then released as soon as the symptoms had been relieved. In a study done with 382 bulimia patients those who took between 20-60 mg of the drug reduced their symptoms from 45% to 67%, respectively. However, Prozac is the only drug that has been tested for bulimia, so it is quite possible that several others could be more effective. Often insurance companies will not pay for other drugs for the patient until he or she has tried Prozac, because it has some positive outcome results.

Anti-psychotics are also used, but in smaller doses than are used for treating schizophrenia. With an eating disorder, the patient perceives reality differently and has difficulty grasping what it is like to eat normally. Unfortunately, since this disorder has only recently been recognized by the DSM, long-term outcomes of people with the disorder are unknown. Current research indicates that up to 30% of patients rapidly relapse, while 40% are chronically symptomatic.

The rate in which the patient receives treatment is the most important factor affecting prognosis. Those who receive treatment early on for the disorder have the highest and most permanent recovery rates.

Why is she sick to her stomach, is the question here! Is she bulemic, drunk, sick, pregnant? Maybe you should try figuring that out before you call her "disgusting" (how discompassionate!) She likely needs to see a doctor- why don't you talk to her mother if you can't get her to agree to see one on her own? Something's wrong if it's a continuous thing, and it could very well be endangering her health or eventually her life...! If you actually care about her, try being supportive to her instead of calling her names.

Hold her forehead with the palm of your hand. When she retches, she will feel that physical support. And, of course, if she has long hair, get it out of the way. When she is done, wash her face and let her rest. She will be exhausted and dehydrated. Later she could take some fluids. She will tell you when.
