I've been wondering that many people feel the presence of God differently. How's that?

I have felt the presence of God many times. It feels like the waves of the ocean running through your body. It is an amazing feeling.

I have felt the Presence of God when sitting quietly in my garden, when my dad died in front of me, and when an eagle flew right in front of me.

Each time it was like I was falling, only I didn't move. I just remember a beautiful current that seemed to flow through me and then it was gone.

It is hard to describe, and I imagine it would feel different for each person.

It feels wonderful, it is rare but it feels like a powerful wave of good, it feels like someone is extending His hand in your chest and touches your hearth and soul, and whatever comes the next minutes doesn't matter. However a good thing only lasts that long, you feel perfect in the church but as soon as you go to home the feeling dissipates it's sad and you remember that you're back on Earth.

I think it varies according to your beliefs and how you were raised. For me, it's just the most powerful feeling of joy that I've ever felt, despite the fact that my life was in a mess at the time (the first time I felt it.)

Dear Tombe: You receive it through the Holy Spirit - Who knows the best manner in which to present Him - to you.

You cannot receive Him directly. You can't withstand his light, power and love in your human body. There are times when you may receive direct revelation from Him, but you must be quite purified to have that experience. Normally, the Holy Spirit makes the presentations to you.
