Okay. So I have Verizon for a home phone line, and I was wondering if anyone would know how to stop a certain phone number from calling mine without actually calling the phone company. Would anyone know such a number to call and how to restrict someone calling me?

look in the front of your phone book. It is like *60 or something. You go in and enter the number to block. The phone book usually shows everything you can use for free.
