My brother in law is having really bad spasms and he can not move his neck. he has no insurance so he does not want to go to the hospital. He was taking muscle relaxer for awhile but did not take any today untill his muscle started to do this but it is not working. What should he do or take to make this go away? He is in some serouis pain that will not go away.

Depending on your brother in law's income, he could be able to go to the Free Clinic in your area. They offer medical help to those whom are unisured.
Also, find out if there are any hospitals in your area that have a fund to help those whom can't afford to pay.
Social Services has a medical program that will pay for suddenly needed hospital stays. I forget what the program is called, but it's money to help pay for any hospital bills.
