I honestly think they are out to upset for a spot but a very very very tough group with Italy,France,Ukraine and you never know with the others. It seems Scotland plays better as underdogs than they do as favourites 'cough' Moldova and Belarus.

Give me your opinion. [Only If your Scottish. I don't want any English boneheads spreading there hate about us and bringin up 66' again. DISCUSS!]

Well, considering we didn't qualify for the World Cup (*tear*) and we're up against the world champion, the world champion runner-up, and a team that advanced in the World Cup... I wouldn't bet on it. Just hope that Italy gets many cards for acting, that Barthez won't be able to stop anything, and that Oleksandr will be injured (putting Shust or Pyatov in goal). If it's not Scots, it's crrrrrrrrrrrap!

SCOTLAND were drawn in the toughest group for the 2008 European Championship qualifiers Group B which contains the two finalist of the recent World Cup, FRANCE & ITALY.

i think SCOTLAND will be disappointed with the draw & they will really gonna work hard to secure one of the spot from this group. FRANCE & ITALY will be the favourites for the qualification from this group. sorry, Tartan Army.

i'm particularly looking forward to this Ashes sequence and honestly have not thoroughly written the Aussies off. nonetheless England would desire to circulate into the sequence as overwhelming favourites because of recent form and the actual undeniable fact that the sequence is being performed in England. I reckon Chris Rogers may well be slightly bit a gloomy horse as he knows the circumstances over right here exceptionally lots. solid to work out some friendly banter flying around between the two instruments of supporters too!

I am irish and when i saw the scottish draw my heart sank for you guys. I think scotland have reached a plateau and can't seem to raise their game enough to hold off strong european opposition but i would love to see a scottich victory against France mainly coz they beat the irish in dublin.

You don't have a chance in a group like that, and I'm not English nor Scottish either.
