Not a conversion rate, but where would I go to find out what the $1 is worth in Paris, or Veinna, Or London?

1 Euro = 1.20 USD

One menu at Mc Donalds costs between 5 to 6 euros (6 to 7.2 Dollars)
A 501 Levis costs 80 euros minimum (96 dollars)

Paris and Italy both use Euros. Great Britain uses Pounds.

Conversion rate is really the only way to tell what the price of one currency is versus the other. A dollar will be spent based on that conversion rate.

Things cost more in Western Europe than in the US. The equivalent to one dollar will buy you less in Western Europe than in the US.

An exact conversion would be difficult to work out because it varies from product to product, service to service.
