Who took your kids? And why? You sound suicidal which worries me and it's hard to answer such a broad question... Can you give more details? Not trying to pry but you did ask for some help it seems- anyway I know you wouldn't have put it out there if you had totally given up... Hope to hear more...

you may think that right now, but you need to think long term...you can live without them TEMPORARILY; everything is temporary. now you must live FOR them; win them back.
i don't know your circumstances, but i just went through hell when my 15 year old daughter got a bug up her butt and decided she no longer wanted to live at home. someone had told her about emancipation and that she could do it on her own (this person was/is a registered sex offender)
so my daughter made a CPS report and made all kinds of false allegations about me (which were proven to be lies) she was placed in protective custody.
even after her case was proven unfounded, she still didn't want to come home, so she stayed with the family of a schoolmate, things got progressively worse from there.
she was out of our home for 3 months. i thought i would lose my mind.
i have been suicidal in the past, and i mean really really suicidal. it never has worked and so i considered myself "BEYOND SUICIDE" which is a pretty miserable place to be.
it will be o.k. and you can jump through all of their stupid hoops; & just like if you were in the circus, some of those hoops may seem like they are on fire.
you have to do it.
for your kids.
no matter what, they love their mom and they need you. so you can't go anywhere. don't go and do anything stupid or chickenshit.
put your head up, look ahead, and dammit, FIGHT!!!
my daughter eventully came home, and even though things are still rough, i know i can make this work.
i have to~she is a teenager and has no idea of what is good for her.
you can make it work too.
maybe find some support groups in your area or network with other parents who are in a situation similar to yours.
good luck.

yes you can, now you have the time to heal, if you cannot afford a shrink, see a therapist (cheaper) of County Mental Health worked for me. Hang in there.

You need to be more specific as to why your children were taken away from you sorry and you need to seek legal adive as to whether you can get them and when. You need to be strong for them and have the courage to work towards getting them back.Good luck!
