Try using a hairdryer...I know...weird right? The hot air melts the glue so it should make it a lot easier to get the tape off.

Single edge razor blade, heat with hairdryer, oops to help remove excess sticky residue,alcohol to remove oops, clean with alcohol or window cleaner and use a black print newspaper to wipe down.

Scrape it off with a razor blade then use some Windex to get off the residue.
