Not sure about that - bit odd if you ask me - I have tried my own sperm out of curiosity but won't go there again and now I know why girls spit. I wouldn't worry about it though unless you don't want to do it - you should talk about it if he starts thinking you like it though and tell him straight that it does nothing for you.
