You can't, until the roots grow out. At least not on the head. The only other places that would show the true color is the underarm, legs, and pubic area. If all three aren't shaved that is.
Eyebrows aren't reliable because they can be colored as well.

uhm the only hair i know that can't be colored yet is the under arm and pubic area these are usally the best ways to tell but not always sometimes it is darker best way is to ask i guess! Eyebrows and lashes can be tinted!!!!

try to see thier head and if they have dark hair or lokk at thier eye brows or a place where thye mught bot die thier hair like arm or if they havefacial hir see if it blond or just ask them
