feel like puking or stomach is aching?
if you feel nauseous, have a saltine cracker and some gingerale or soda water--sometimes, you just need a good burp. also smell into a cut lemon.... or go out for some fresh air.
if stomach is aching, try pepto or tums to get rid of excess acid in the stomach.
hope you feel better!

Have someone who loves you rub your tummy. ... Take medicine, like Pepto or Alka-Seltzer. ... If you're eating, stop. ... Lie down on your side. (I hear that one side's better than the other, but sorry, I don't remember which!) ... Sleep, if you can. ... If it's bad, go to a doctor. ... If it's really bad, go to the emergency room!
