hmm talk to him and get to know him and stuff then maybe u should date him if u find out he really likes u but other then that open up to him babe so he knows how u feel and trust me it works i opened up after date this amazzing boy im with now 4times and i finally opend up to him and i love him hes soooo amazzing that boy you like could be your life u never know about that but most of the time they feel the same about you but good luck and hope i helped a lil.

the way I see it is that if you don't talk to him and find out you will never know if he does or doesn't... so if you have his # then call him up and ask him to meet you somewhere and just talk to him get a feel for how he is and then tell him that your interested in him and ask him if he feels the same way about you....
