Well that is hard to answer as I dont lick my tootsie pops I suck on them for like 30 minutes.

Are you old enough to remember the old time commercial for that on television? An owl was finding this very same thing out. He licked three times and bit into it!!
Although I suspect it would be more than that. I don't actually know for my own self. Try it and see! You might be amazed!
