I am 18, and my periods have been irregular since i was 13. I have maybe 1 period a year, if that. So can I get pregnant? I don't get the "shot" or anyhting. It is just natural 4 me. I really need to know.

Hi!
well u have not explained that whether you have seen a doctor before or not, as your periods have been irregular since so long. If in those many dears you have not been to a doctor, then it is just carelessness on your part. If yes u did went to a doc, then what happened?? what did he or she said?? anyway go and c a doctor, the problem is serious

if in doubt, assume yes. I would follow the previous advice to see your family physician and please you contraceptives. I you don't like them, I am sorry to say abstinence will be your best answer. Untill you see your doctor, you will not know what pill or shot will be right for you.
