What do you think...your not getting any younger! If you both like each other then go for it, don't know whats holding you back! You don't nessecarily need to ask her out straight away...take her out, hang out, sometimes you have to let things just happen. She may shock you and ask you out!

is she already attached, as you get older i dont think the age difference comes in to it, faint heart never won fair lady, but dont forget if it does'nt work sometimes you lose friends over it, ask her strait out, and let us all know how it went best of luck , hope this helps, terry.
