on first sight there would be an explosion of colour until our eyes adjust to the magnificence of it
then we can see the beauty of what is before us
the grass greener than any you have seen before
the wind carrying perfume , subtle and delicate
the array of colour from flowers bigger and brighter than any on earth
the sound of music in the air , gentle music that has no tune but is so beautiful
magnificent buildings and mountains on the horizon
buildings we are told that are lecture halls , study halls , music halls
houses scattered here and there seeming perfect for each occupant
with gardens so perfectly tended
the houses and buildings having an almost natural appearance that they seem to just become part of the landscape , made with materials never seen before
there is no hustle , no noise , just calm and harmony .... and love

I watched a show about this guy who had a vision of heaven and described it in detail. It is very exciting! He says in heaven there will be indescribable instruments, loud music (like heavy metal) and all kinds of styles! He mention a whole studio and computer system, lots of games and fun activities, the food is outstanding.
I believe there will be a lot of the same activities we have here on earth and even more in addition to sheer pleasure. We will never get board and there's always something to do!
It's sad that people actually think that heaven is going to be a place where everyone is standing in a white robe singing hymns. There's going to be everything! I think there will even be beer that will be better than anything on earth and it won't make you sick or stupidly drunk and moody.
I believe there will be all kinds of people who will continue using their talents, acting in entertaining plays and there will be live bands playing.
Oh yeah! there's going to be a lot of things we have to look forward to!
I wish everyone would get saved so they can see what God has in store for them.
Also keep in mind for people who read this and think it's a bummer to not a have a "partner" in heaven .... just remember this ... once you get to heaven you are made perfect like God and this means you have the power to create a partner if you desired it and had the need for one.

My idea of heaven is living at a spa for the rest of my life and getting massages and facials and all that good stuff.
Comment . your novel would have to be a fantasy novel if you are going to write about magic and all that stuff being in heaven since they say there wont be any difference of sex and everyone will just be serving god and nothing else. Hell no, not me , send my *** to hell.

It will consist of a Beautiful city (new jerusalem) w/ pearly gates, buildings made of gold, there will be the "river of life" flowing through the city> and God will shine his perfect light on all the inhabitants> (it's in the bible)> I believe that there will be no time or space> we will all be inter-connected w/ god and eachother in an eternal "state" of harmony , peace, and love.

The glory of G-d would be the overwhelming aspect. The unveiled revelation of the awesome creator, savior and sustainer of life would be the endlessly fascinating centre of heaven.

We will know what it is like to experience true peace. We'll experience security like we've never known in this world because we'll truly be able to trust. We'll know what it is like to breath fresh air and drink pure fresh water.We'll experience love in it's truest form. We'll feel rested and healthy. There will be no arthritis and fatigue. Don't you just want to go there today?
