when you say make up do you mean foundation or everything?? For foundation you can either use your fingertips or a lil sponge & work in an upward motion until it is blended in completely. To apply blush just smile, then applyit to the apples of your cheeks. For shadow just swipe the wand across your eye to get your desired effect. With mascara just gently brush the wand over your lashes.

To blowdry your hair, you should ALWAYS keep the dryer facing in the direction of the cuticle(down). Otherwise you're just going to creat flyaways & frizz.

Slap the make-up on until it is so thick that you have to use a chisel to get it off! No, I'm kidding... LOL.

Foundation: apply on forehead, cheeks. under the eyes (you may also use concealer under the eyes if needed), on the nose, on the eye lids (just a small dot), and above and below the lips. Don't use too much. Blend it in well. There should be a color chart at a local Walmart (if you want to shop there) that will show you what color looks best on you. If you accidentally use too much foundation, simply wipe some away with a damp cloth (and avoid getting it around the hair line).

Blush: as with all other make-up, use just enough to give your cheeks color and make it look natural. The best place to apply blush is on the cheek bone (feel your face where the bone pokes out the most. From there, go almost to your hair line. Make it curve just a little.

Eye shadow: The color of your skin and eyes determine what color of eye shadow will look best on you, but since you are a beginner... try earth tones. Again, not too much and blend it in until it looks natural.

Lip Stick: Again, this depends on your skin color... try a few and make your own decision, or get an opinion from your mom or aunt. Not too dark. Stay natural.

Powder: lightly dust on until there is no more shine. Other people may disagree. I have heard that shine is in. If you agree, there is a make-up that is a combination liquid foundation and powder.

Mascara: Don't poke your eye out! There are different colors. It depends on the color of your eye lashes. Try different ones until you find the one that you like the most. Ask others for opinions. Start at the base of the lashes and work your way up. Make sure you do not get waterproof mascara to start off with. Buy the mascara removing pads just incase you make a mistake.

If you are still unsure... Go to a beauty salon and ask someone to put it on for you. Ask for advice and tips, and watch how they apply the make-up.

After you shower and wash your hair... Rinse your hair with cool water to close the folicles at the end of your hair. You can use Frizz Ease hair syrum or another frizz control gel. Blow dry on warm setting. When hair is almost completely dry, switch the setting to cool air to close the split ends as much as they can be closed. That should help...

I didn't ask your age... but wait as long as possible (when you or any one else are old enough). That way your skin will stay healthier a lot longer. (sorry if I made spelling errors! spell check is down, but you know what I mean :) )

Make-up: go to a department store at the mall, walk up to the counter and ask them for a makeover. It's free, and if you ask them to, they will show you how to put it on while they do it for you. They would like it if you bought make-up at the same time, but if you don't want to spend a bunch of money, just get a lip gloss or something inexpensive.

Hair: if you have frizzy hair, get a salon product that you can rub on it before you blow dry it to help tame it. Get a big round brush, and dry your hair from the top down. Don't ever dry up; it makes your hair follicles stand up.

You apply makeup....very carefully...jk!! :) Why do you even need to apply makeup? All it does is hide the real beauty! Just be yourself and people will see teh beauty inside of you.
