I would like to make and sell cotton candy.?

I like to make it in my home. Do I have to contact the health department? The packaging for the candy how would I get them custom made with my company name? If you can help thanks

Contact the Gold Medal company. That's where my mom's Woman's Club get their supplies for the fall festival they sell cotton candy at. And give your local health department a call to find out if you need a permit.
