I say Pantene because its more recommended and it gets more knots out of your hair too!<3

im sorry to be the one to break the news to u but pantene is the worst on the market because the ph balance is so high. choose anothe shampoo.

A good why to look at it is the cheaper the shampoo the cheaper it will act on your hair. You buy a cheep product, expect carp results. I would go with pantene. Sauve does smell good though!

I like Suave personally. Their formulas are getting really good and they are still reasonably priced, and their scents blow Pantene away. I think Pantene is highly overrated, gets mixed reviews with stylists for buildup and overall harshness to hair. I don't use Suave products all the time, but I am usually rotating one in and out for variety. Right now I have one from the performance series, it is for curls...greenish blue bottle. VERY GOOD STUFF...and to me, it smells like Obsession for Women (intoxicatingly yummy!)
BTW any shampoo can be made more gentler on the hair, simply use less or water it down.

Pantene dries your hair out simply because it has a cr*p load of alcohol in it. Use Finesse Moisturizing, 2 in 1.

Pantene, is extremely bad for your hair, i have asked several different hair stylist, and i always get the same answer, "THAT KILLS YOUR HAIR AND DRYS YOUR SCALP", i'm don't know if its true but i know that if they all agree, and i've asked at different salons, well they must be right then, they same Herabl is good, and that Garnier Frutis-Long and Strong is the best... and Sauve, i've never tried it, i don't think its good for your hair either.

Well right now i'm not using either but i know from experience that Pantene works really well, but right now i think Dove is amazing
