I agree with Susi...this is the most sanitary way of doing it yourself if you have to.
Make sure you wear rubber gloves, disinfect the area with idodine and use steril string.
In a few days, it will fall off because you have cut the "blood supply" off.
However, I must advise you that you really should see a dermatologist for this issue to be sure none are cancerous.

If they are small enough pinch them off before they get bigger. Otherwise you have to have them removed by a dermatologist.
*edit, I don't know if that is healthy or not but they don't come back to that spot

Cut it with a nail clipper and put lots of alcohol...OR go to a dermatologist they'll do a better job :)

I've heard that if you tie a hair or a piece of string to it, it'll cut off it's blood flow and it will eventually die, dry off, and fall off. =)

i had one on my cheek and i put a Bioré strip on it and it came off. it bleed when it first came off but never returned.
