Just in case either Cuba or Venezuala is looking for a fight, should we not start training our soldiers in a Latin-American country like Panama ? That way we would get a head start.

It will also make the druglords in Colombia take note, should we ever need to go in and sort them out.

One of the neat things about America is our wide types of climate and terrain. We are able to simulate almost any place on earth in which we can practice our battle techniques. So it can be any place, and we will be ready.

They already had a military base in Panama which I can't remember its name but it closed in the 90's.

We don't need to worry about Cuda, they aren't too far off the coast line so they can take boats from Miami to get there to invade. Plus I think the Cudan people have had enough of Castro so they would be happy to reunite with there families in southern Florida.

Cuba can't even get car parts. Venezuela's pres is a typical noisy banana republic tin horn. THE cocaine exporter is Mexico and they have representatives in the Democratic Party.

We gave up Panama, the canal and our numerous bases there in Dec 31 '99 thanks to Jimmy Carter.
