I have several cars but I can only drive one at a time. I am looking for car insurance for me as an individual instead of per car.

Most insurance companies will give you a discount if you have more vehicles than licensed drivers in the household.

I have two vehicles and live alone. My total insurance bill for both vehicles is about $20.00 more per year that the more expensive one all by itself.

Shop around for the best rates and make sure that all of your vehicles are on the same policy!

Nope. But when you do insure your cars, just tell your agent, how many miles you drive on each car, then the cars that are driven less will cost less, the cars driven more cost more. I dont like those online quote things,, because then you have 5 different agents calling you for a week trying to get your business. Go with someone you trust, or someone you know trusts. They'll sit down and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Sounds like you should get a fleet/dealer plate and just get a policy that gives general coverage.
