For me all are one "Roman" but I've heard Englishs consider themselves as the best ... why ?

I think you need to check your info again. People from the British Isles draw their ancestry from a number of ancient groups, including the romans, celts, angles, saxons, vikings as well as ancient Britons.

Irish, Scottish and Welsh people are generally more Celtic than the English, but you can't say anything is certain.

The only sure difference between the groups you mentioned is that they come from England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland respectively.

There is no difference between the four groups other than they live in different regions celebrate different holidays e.g st patricks day and st andrews day etc have different national foods and different accents! just the same as everyone else in the world and english people are not as bad as people make them out to be half of my family is english and they are top people!
