Spanish, god that's a dirty language but I enjoy it sooo much. And then italian.. In a scale from 1 to 10 spanish gets an 11 and italian a 9...

I am quite sure it serbian, we don't take swears seriously, and use them literally in every sentence, and they are quite "colorful" too, and creative
P.S. If you ever visit Serbia, first thing people will teach you are going to be the nastiest swear, I guess it's a tradition here :D
