i'm italian, so this is not easy to answer....too many favorites, but i'll narrow it down to Lasagna...

Aglia oglia con Broccoli W/ cachiocavallo Cheese.
Garlic fried in olive oil then tossed (oil and all) into buccatini pasta with 1/2 the pasta water served as a sort of broth with broccoli and a sharp provolone type grated cheese and red pepper flake. It's like a thick, soupy, brothy kind of yummy warm comfort food thing...

At Maggianno's there is this mannicotti- it has cheese, spinach and chicken with a yummy cream sauce... OMG it's SOOO good!
