and make the first move or do you prefare us to stand back and let you make the move..

i like this guy in work.. he smiles over at me alot he notices my Guy FRIENDS chatting to me and he seems uptight about them
do you think i should make a move even though i am certain he already knows that i like him.. should i let him approach me??

OMG! Im glad u asked this, this is the SAME thing im having. This guy at work was sending MAJOR signals from smiling and blushing around me to getting jealous at other guys for talking to me. I wanted him to make a move sooooo bad, because i thought thats what most guys want AND Im a little shy. Anyway time passed by, months and we were both just beating around the bush.
I guess he lost interest or that other ***** who works with us caught on and jumped in the middle and snatched him up. Now he avoids me!
My advice I wish I would have approached him LONG ago! At worst he would have been put off a little, but he would have appreciated it in the long run if he liked me.
You also have to consider that he may be shy or just a flirt. Just do what feels right the next time you two are alone together. Don't make a move if u feel uncomfortable or queasy, but if u two are laughing it up just kind of let it slip that youd like to get to know him away from the workplace.

To some degree. Direct, yes. Agressively direct, depends. Obnoxiously direct, NO.

If he is worth your efforts, then sure, make the first move. If he is a loser (sorry, but for lack of a better word) because all he does is stand in the back, then the answer is obvious.

Let him know that you are interested in him. Initiate a conversation with him, and see what his response is. Maybe ask him out for coffee or drinks. Get to know him. Then, let him make the next move. It can't be you making the first move all the tiime.

It all depends on the guy. If im in the right mood I love to be the one approached. But any other time I like to do the approaching. But ive never shot a girl down whos approached me. So I say go for it. You only live once!!
