Depends on what it's on. For a sandwhich I'd go with mayo and for a salad I'd go with salad dressing or miracle whip if there was no dressing.

I feel guilty eating mayo with salads..isnt it like for sandwhiches? I prefer salad dressing or olive oil and vinegar,,,healthier !
