If you live in the UK they have notice boards up insider the registrar office in N.Ireland, England and Wales in Scotland the board is outside. It will have the couples name and date of wedding. It wont have the time though. You could then just make a guess such as which church is theirs or which registry office is their local and then make some calls asking the person conducting the ceremony directly. Or you could just ask someone who is going to the wedding to tell you!

Ask the bride/groom.
You can attend a church wedding without an invite, but you cannot attend a reception or a civil service.
If you are trying to find out because you are up to no good - stay away - it's not worth it.

I check on my invitation. If I didn't receive an invitation, then I know I'm not invited, and I don't go.

You check the invitation. If you don't have one, don't go. It's considered rude to show up uninvited.
