If she has a good appetite, uses the litter box regularly, has clear eyes, normal temperature (feel her ears) and holds her tail up when she walks, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe you could look into her doing an anti smoking commercial.

If she is eating healthy, and acting the same, give it time. Otherwise take her to a vet. But if it doesn't clear up in a couple weeks you should get it checked.

If she's otherwise healthy I wouldn't worry about it too much. You might try calling the vet and talking to him about it. Maybe the illness affected her throat, similar to when we humans have colds sometimes.

Definitely could be or a sign of other sickness. If your cat is older, hyperthyroidism could be the cause. An exam by your veterinarian is the only sure bet. It's blank for an exam and the piece of mind is priceless.

Could be swelling due to the cold. If she's breathing ok the voice will come back.
