Frappuccino

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1/2 cup hot tap water
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
PREPARATION:
Dissolve espresso powder in hot water. Let mixture cool to room temperature. In a blender, combine espresso mixture, sweetened condensed milk and ice. Blend on high for one minute, until no visible chunks of ice are left.
Serve with a spoon and a straw. Serves 2.

Starbucks Frozen Frappuccino

1 1/2 cups cold coffee
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups crushed ice

Combine the coffee, milk, sugar, choc. syrup, and salt in a blender and mix on medium speed for about 15 seconds to dissolve the sugar. Add the vanilla extract and ice then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stir with spoon if necessary to blend. Makes 2 large drinks.
