So yea the sore throught thing didnt work, but i still have some of the gasoline left over. I heard from a good buddy that dumping gasoline on yourself and lighting your arm on fire can cure ADHD. But why do it, people with ADHD have creativity.

Sad to think anyone would think that such self-mutilation can help you! It would be much better to study about ADHD and see what the good things are about it, and what other people are doing with it including doctors. ADHD can be very distractible but can also 'hyperconcentrate'. I think the creativity comes from such an active mind once it is channeled where you want it to go. Focus is what helps but what you have to find for yourself, in what you really love or care about or enjoy doing. A regular life can help so fatigue is not a factor. If the externals are boring, have games you play with yourself inside your head, or even writing stories or poems, or drawing, but if it's external - might be a problem in public, unless knitting or crocheting are possible, and that you enjoy. Anticipate what's coming and prepare things to do to fall back on if the externals are too boring. Volunteering might help give you more interests, but you may need help to decide what's more important to you to use your energy as you really want to.
