That's what I have said before....roll up the welcome mat and stuff it in the closet...(let it collect dust!!) Until we can get a handle on the situation, cause right now it is out of control. Lock that border down....not even a jackrabbit can come thru without the BP knowing about it!!

The word ability numerous issues to different human beings. working example, the bill positioned forth by ability of Rep. Luis Gutierrez is decried by ability of the astounding as blanket amnesty. those on the left see it as punitive and humiliating because of fact it forces human beings to pay fines and learn English. So the place you're politically has a brilliant result on what those 3 little words recommend to you. The Nativo Lopez college of activism is stressful finished legalization plus a "streamlined equipment for all destiny waves of migration", this is definitely in basic terms erasing the borders. The fringes are so extreme in this argument that they twist the words into pretzels to make their factors.

Immigrants bring their children with them and produce new ones on the hospitable American ground, overloading the systems of health care and education. On the other hand, economy is sometimes in need of imported manpower. A simple solution would be sterilisation as a desirable or obligatory condition for applicants for a job and residence permit.

NO, especially since my brother's fiancee is having trouble entering the country legally! They are patiently waiting, but having the door shut for 5 years will only exacerbate their problem, and the problem of many other legal immigrants. Why should they be punished for another's crime?

That’s a horrible idea. America has stayed strong during the last 2 centuries because we have attracted the hardest working and most intelligent people in the world into our country. If you cut them off them you are cutting off one of the major things that continue to make America the most powerful nation on earth.

At LEAST 5 years! Deport the ones that are here now, don't let anyone in. Once we take care of the problems that we have now in this country, then, MAYBE we allow a very small number in!

If we could accept them here and cut all government benefits to them, such as welfare; I think we could all live together without the slurs we have been hearing. Yes, They came here illegally. Many have been here most of their lives. Make it possible for them to pay taxes and obey the laws just like the rest of us, give them NO voting privileges, No welfare and leave the poor fellows alone.

No. Since Bush has made it clear that they must pay back taxes, wait until the tax year is up. They will not pay their back taxes. There are stiff laws and penalties in reguards to this. Illegals pay your taxes!!!
Amnesty= Citizensship which means that you will be required to pay up. It's not my law. It is the United States govenment's law and they enforce it very, very hard.

I don't think that 's a good idea. What about the spouses of Americans who marry people overseas? Lots of military and others who work overseas do that.
