If your relationship is an effort, that means it's not enjoyable, and that means, you dont need to be in the relationship. It's that simple.
You could probably put good friends, fun, and dating on your priority list ......rather than a one on one relationship. That should be a possibility down the road...once you've acquired some life's experiences.

let him know you feel this way.....give him a week.....dump him if you are not pleased.
If you are doing the work......it is easy for him. He won't put in any work unless you stop doing it for him.
