That is the download file for Ad-aware, which is a highly recommended Anti-spyware solution.
But I recommend that you DELETE that file. Instead of trusting it, go to http://www.download.com to get another copy from a known source. Use the SEARCH box to find ad-aware then scroll down to get the FREE version.
Use Ad-aware regularly to clean spyware threats from your computer. Run the full scan at least weekly, or immediately after you get an unexpected pop-up ad.
Do this to keep your computer ALIVE.

It's called ad-aware. It's a program that scans your computer and removes any unwanted pop-up ads or spyware or stuff like that. It's really usefull! You really should use it to scan your computer once in a while and keep it up to date. That way, you're sure that no unwanted programs are running on your computer that slows it down. Nowadays, it's as usefull, maybe even more than an anti-virrus program. The best combination to protect your computer is Ad-aware with AVG (anti-virus). Both are free, don't take up too much ressource and are really good!!
