You can do a lot with curly hair to make it cute!
-If you want to keep the curl, use a smoothing balm or lightweight (water based!) gel and then diffuse it with a blowdryer and let it go natural. (http://www.curlyhair.net/Fav-l01/bhc0556.jpg)
-Use a straightener to straighten bangs (if you have them) and pin the rest with bobby pins into a loose curly bun, with a few curls framing your face.
-Work with your curls and blow dry your hair as straight as possible after a shower, using a straightening gel or balm beforehand. Using an 1'' or 1 1/2'' curling iron, curl inch wide strips of your hair until your whole head is covered, and then tousle it with your fingers, shaking the tight curls out and leaving beautiful loose curls behind. - For a beautiful, romantic look, let your hair go naturally curly, and pin it all up off your face, pulling out a few large curls to frame your face and neck, using a curling iron to complete the look. (http://www.curlyhair.net/cover.jpg)
-For a messier, funkier look, straighten the top portion of your hair (from above your ears to the top of your head) and leave the rest curly. Pin the straightened part back in a pouf and pin the rest of your hair around it, straightening bits and pieces that frame your face or stick out at odd angles. (http://www.curlyhair.net/Updo06/bhc-u0007.jpg)
- For a cute, sportier look, twist one inch sections of hair (that have already been gelled) from the front of your head to the back and secure with bobby pins. Continue around your entire head until you have a cute "ponytail" of curls that are off your face and drape down your neck. (http://www.curlyhair.net/Updo07/bhc-u0016.jpg)
- For a more polished look, use heating curlers and wrap tiny sections of hair in each (you may have to wrap half of your head, then heat the rollers again, and then wrap the other half) and then hairspray the entire look for a gorgeous finish. (http://www.curlyhair.net/Celebs02/debra11.jpg)

Hope this helps!! Good luck looking beautiful for school! :P

I have the most horrible curly, frizzy, poofy hair ever. I always wore it up in a pony tail but over the summer i found this great stuff it roxxx.
1.) Wash every thing outta your hair.
2.) Next put Alberto V05 Curvacous Curls in your hair.
3.) Take a hair clip and put half your hair up in it like you would if you would all your hair.
4.) Take a hair dryer using a diffuser and dry your hair partly.
This takes 8 mins. ( i timed it)
Another style is a pin up
1.) Take your hair and put a little gel in it.( to controll the frizz)
2.) Then take some bobby pins and part your hair, take a small amount of hair and twist your hair and secure it with a pin.
3.) Repete step 2
Total time 5 min.

the quickest thing that I do ( my hair is shoulder length and naturally curly) is use avon's curl goddess and gel. I just rub the products in and then squeeze. It gives me a nice curl without blow drying, or using a curling iron. I don't even have to use a brush. It is a cute and quick style.

It sounds like I have the same hair...some things I do is put my hair in a ponytail and the hair that sticks out I spray w/water and put moose in and have my bangs hang out....it looks ad-horable. Sometimes when I don't wanna do anything but wanna keep it nice I get my hair wet after a shower or something and just put moose in and it looks really cute.

While your hair is wet, spray it with mousse or hair spray lightly and scrunch it up with clips or pins for 10 minutes then let it loose and finger shake it gently it should dry with loose curls and or waves like a perm. For more curl, use more spray and leave clips on for 20-30 minutes. Wash n wear curls

wash your hair, then just wring it out a bit, dont towel dry, put some mousse in it and while holding your head upside down, blowdry with a diffuser until set.....then you can put it in a messy pony tail or fix it how you want or just wear it down.

just wash/wet it and put a little gel in it. When it dries your curls will be nice and tame. No chance of fly away or frizz!

Wear it up! You look really with it, wear it messy and have some cute earrings on, this is a messy classy look, then wear jeans, or something tight.
