The truth of the matter is that millions if not billions are wasted naturally, even if you have sex with a woman all the time. Only one or at most 10 of your sperm are lucky to fertililze an egg in your lifetime.

If you "waste" a lot of it today.. you may dry up but still have an ejaculation minus the sperm. Your testicles will produce more if you rest for a few hours and you can waste some more tomorrow.

NOTHING IF YOUR WORRIED ABOUT HAVING KIDS ONE DAY YOUR SPERM WONT START DYING OFF TIL SOMETIME IN YOUR 30'S AFTER THAT I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GO TO A SPERM BANK AND DO YOUR THING AND THEN YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT :)~
