A couple of quotes from there:

By race, 49.8 percent of murder victims were white, and 47.5 percent were black. (p.22)

Considering those offenders for which race was known, 50.3 percent of murder offenders were black and 47.2 percent were white. (p.27)

Both blacks and whites are pretty good at it, but unlike black folk, we have more of a tendency to eat our victims. But seriously, go to the FBI website, they have the stats.
