I really really really really like her and i want to ask her out but she's always with her friends talkin to them or with her parents or talkin to the Youth group leader. How do i get her alone so i can ask her?

Hey, Jenny...how are you doing? Can I talk to you alone for a moment?
"Where is your favorite lunch spot? I'd like to take you to lunch tomorrow. Can you meet me there?" Then ask her to lunch....no pressure, it's only for an hour and you can learn alot about a person in an hour. During that time, you can contemplate the real "date" and find out if she really wants to date you. You're rejection ratio goes down with a lunch meeting. Good luck.

Just go up to her and ask, "Excuse me, Suzy, may I talk with you for a minute?", and nod your head toward an unoccupied corner of the room. Then be brave, be brief, and ask nicely.
If her name is something other than 'Suzy' I suggest you use it instead. My example would come off as rather weird if her name is Helen...

Instead of trying to "get her alone",wait until she's at the water cooler,or until she goes outside to take a break. If you know her friends,then tell them you'd like to speak to her,and maybe they can deliver the message for you.

Try to schedule somethin for just the two of you, do you know of a place where nobody goes? You should pray about it first though, you don't want to be in a compromising position

Just brave up and ask her to speak with you a minute---kind of call her over to your side and ask her if she will walk outside (or wherever) because you'd like to ask her something.

why not write her a letter and give it to her and tell her you wanted to talk to her but your never alone.
