Perhaps you should start by being her friend. Hanging out like friends do. Ask if she feels like going for a walk or over to watch a movie. Then maybe try laser tag or a movie with a group of friends. Group dating is fun and will be the easiest to break the ice. Be a gentleman at all times!

All girls no matter how old they are wanna feel special, so surprise her with something that 13 year olds are in to. Then try and make her laugh and when she realise how funny you are, go in for the kill and ask her. whats the worst she can say, No?

Dude, you are too young to officially "date", but hey, pack up a nice picnic lunch for 2 and take her to the park and have a special get together. She'd love it! You don't have to say anything; just, "hey, lets go on a picnic". Get to know each other better.

Let things go smoothly. If an obvious chance comes along, ask her out, if not, then don't dwell on it and feel bad about it. Feel good about yourself, and priorotize things. I know it's hard to not think about it all the time, I've been 14 myself. Good luck!

just take it slow. Find time to spend with her, and just talk about her. Mostly girls like to hear about themselves, so ask them OPEN-ended questions about her. Also, you have to check and see if she is interested in dating. Ask her about dating, and what she thinks of it. If she sounds interested, then slowly give all of your attention to her. Try and pamper her if you must. If you end up holding her hand more than often just being friends, you can try asking. You just have to get her to recognize you for who you are, not for what you just want.

you are just 13 years old. all you need to do is just to hang out with this person in groups. you can not ask this girl out just be friends with her.

ok i had the same problem once except she went to my chuurch just walk up to her one day and be like hey i really like you and your so beautiful and i was wanting to know if you'd go out with me cause girls always love complements so if she does go out with you keep tellin her how beatiful and smart she is oh yah the woman is always right

Just be friendly, be like "hey, you want to go out to a movie sometime?" or something of that nature and then move on from there.
