Billy Conn's speed or Bob Fosters power. I'd go for Conn because aside from the bravado he was really quite a tough man. He could take a great shot did well against Joe Louis and he could box. Foster was tough but he could never take a great shot form the big men especially Ali and Frazier but who could. I give the edge to Billy Conn but just.

Interesting fight here. Conns superior speed and boxing skills vs Fosters devastating punching power. Conn did quite well against heavyweights and Foster didn t. I d give this one to Conn as Foster had trouble with clever boxers. The only light heavy who I think could have defeated Conn was Ezzard Charles who could box and punch.
