moron= A person of mild mental retardation having a mental age of from 7 to 12 years and generally having communication and social skills enabling some degree of academic or vocational education. The term belongs to a classification system no longer in use and is now considered offensive

I am not exactly sure I see the connection to religion here? Perhaps you can explain it well enough to enlighten me.

By the way, the concept of "black and white" thinking, right/wrong, is characteristic of Stage II thinking ability and spirituality, which most (but not all) people start to outgrow around, oh, age 12. Followed by this is Stage III, characterized by doubt, uncertainty, and seeking, with adherence to secular, humanistic ideals. Many atheists reach this stage because they realize it is true wisdom to not have all of the answers! Those who make it beyond this stage, into Stage IV, are the mystics and spritual ones who can accept duality.

Too bad your question hints that you are not on your way, but are rather stuck in Stage II, criticizing people instead of opening up to a sense of wonder. Too bad- Stage IV is a lot of fun. It takes critical thinking and a lot of hard work (at least 7 years) to get there, though. You'll never get there asking simplistic, alienating, patronizing questions like this though.

So who's the clueless one?

LOL! Well, even though I am a Christian, I still feel that if people want to go on in "denial" it is their choice. In the Bible, when the children of Israel had made all of their idols to worship, then hit hard times and cried out for God to help them, he told them to go pray to their idols to hep them, remember?
I pity those who don't believe, but it is not up to me to change the world.

Not so much clueless as being in the mind of hating God. The Lord said, "My people suffer because of ignorance." As long as unbelievers hold onto the idea that man can become smarter than God, they will be seen as fools by God. "For the fool has said in his heart that there is no God."

Would you like to present a real argument here or are you just going to stick to your feeble ad homonym attack?

Most atheists are smart enough to see this as more of a joke than an insult. Thanks for the laugh kiddo.

You seem to put a lot of faith into man-made books that offer no proof, like the bible.

deliberately alienating a group of people based on their beliefs makes you no better than those on their side who also practice it.
As a point of fact, I have seen many people who believe "christian" things w/o a clue as to why they do, should or how to explain it.
Know why you believe what you do, otherwise you're a fool to those who seek to learn from you.

Atheist - brain = christian.

When you say moron, you must be talking about theists, and the atheist would balance them out.

1 + 1 + 1 = 1 (The trinity). Cluesless theists don't know there are many gods and the Greeks were right!
Daniel 2:47, “Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings."
Daniel 11:36,“and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods.”
Deuteronomy 10:17 “For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible.”
Joshua 22:22, “The LORD God of gods, the LORD God of gods, he knoweth.”
Psalm 136:2, “O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.”
Micah 4:5 “For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.”
