Its not just the people. If the people could change it they would. Mexico is not like America. The President has to start somewhere which has not. The cops are dirty. When I go visit Mexico If they see my American Tags they pull me over and make me give them money. How illegal is that? So i usually cash 50 dollar bill into 5's or 10's. Now you know American police would be in big **** if they did that.

Mexico is like every other country. The rich run the country and they don't want change, so they use the police and the army to keep the poor people down.
