I've been friends with this person since high school. We use to hang out together, but i always hated the way he treated women. He hooked up with this real good woman. Me and her eventually became good friends also, but never did i try to get with her. She fell in love with him, and told him, she loved him. Yet, he didn't feel the same way because he didn't love her, all he cared about was the sex. And i told him, hey you got a good woman, you need to do right by her, but he didn't listen, sayin he couldn't be with just one woman. She eventually caught on and dumped him. Yet we remained friends. He feels that i'm wrong, to continue being friends with her, since she dumped him. My question is, am i wrong and should stop being friends with her. Or should i just ignore him. I mean i'm not even trying to get with her, we're just friends.

You sound like such a nice guy, ignore your stupid friend, you obviously have respect for women, and your friends ex gf so you should stay friends. Just cause your mate gets dumped by a girl you like and respect doesnt mean you have to dump her too. Stay friends with both, if he makes you decide then he obviously doesn't respect your decision, which means he aint really your friend and you should get rid of him.

No you are not. He did her wrong not you and if you want to continue being friends with her you should. He is not the boss of you and cannot tell you who to be friends with and who not to. He needs to understand that you are still his boy and you got his back but you are not gonna stop being friends with her because he doesn't like her. If he doesn't understand cut him loose.

No, you are not wrong. You have a right to be friends with whom ever you want. If he doesn't like it, too bad. Don't give up a good friendship because of him.
