Spending less is the first thing. Dont' use a credit card, it will make you bankrupt faster. Keep track of how you spend your money. Sometimes when I do that I'm surprised that I spend a lot of money on stupid things and then I cut back and saved so much!
Find a better paying job. Or work two jobs if you have to, at least temporarily.

get a better job, go to school and study for a career or work more hours at your present job if you have one. I recommend you go to school and train for a job in healthcare. Better chances of getting a very good job.
