I would be bringing my 2 yr old along so it would kinda be like a playdate. It would only be a few hours a nite. I know most daycares charge about $30 a day...but they have multiple children so they are still making profit. How much should I charge hourly?

My childcare provider charges $5 an hour per child. I pay her extra if she provides snacks, a meal, or has to transport my child anywhere. Also, if the child has special needs that require extra skills or trainings, the rate would probably be higher.

At least charge minimum wage. More if you are also supplying the child's dinner, snacks etc.
