If God really existed then God is the greatest mass murderer in history.

References: Genesis 6:11-17 and Genesis 7:11-24
Some examples:

GE 6:13 - And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

GE 6:17 - And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.

Seems to me that God (for you believers) is annoyed with humanity other than his buddy Noah, and decides to kill (murder) every living thing on the face of the earth, except of course Noah and his family - got to have a few friends left.

God also allowed women raped and your little children slaughtered.

From God’s so called Bible - Isaiah 13:15-18

“Anyone who is captured will be run through with a sword. Their little children will be dashed to death right before their eyes. Their homes will be sacked and their wives raped by the attacking hordes. For I will stir up the Medes against Babylon, and no amount of silver or gold will buy them off. The attacking armies will shoot down the young people with arrows. They will have no mercy on helpless babies and will show no compassion for the children.”

How any decent person can believe and follow the Bible is beyond imagination, seems like religious people just ignore the bits they dislike and twist the rest into a happy delusion, much like the behaviour of drug addicts.

Really, no list of sins to pick the greatest !
Even humans are not sinners at all, so God being one is out of question.
However, if you insist, then , perhaps, the greatest sin is having gifted you the ability to ask such a question !

The Lord God is a spirit of love, grace, slow to anger and perfection. Even though we are made in his image, man does sin that was proven back in the Garden of Eden. God is perfect just like his son,Jesus Christ and both are holy, blameless and without sin. Unlike man, God does not change or make mistakes -----ever.

God does not sin.

And to all those who are quoting Bible verses where God allowed killings I think it is quite funny when you take these things out of context to prove your imaginary point. Almost as bad as the media.

Read the whole chapter and the whole book. God destroyed his enemies. If he can destroy a whole world full of enemies at one time just imagine what he will do to you on your judgment day.

Since you all seem so great quoting Genesis you all better read Revelations too. God will come back. Judgment day is coming again. Will you be the enemy He destroys and condemns to hell?

I hope not and I will pray for your salvation weather you like it or not.

God doesn't sin. The greatest sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, from which we can't be forgiven. Rejecting God.

Depends on your definition of sin.

Many humans view God's greatest sin as (a) giving us free-will, or (b) holding us accountable.

Cordially,
John

When you write God's name it should be capatilized.

God has no sin. Can you say the same for yourself? If you can you are a liar and the truth is not in you.

Jesus loves you and you should learn some scripture before you ask a senseless question.

I believe the verses Brenda chose in Isaiah,ARE describing the destruction that will come when Israel is delivered from its enemies. I believe that might be happening today!!!!!!! You must completely read the chapters not just afew verses to get the true meaning.

The Bible says I AND MY FATHER ARE AS ONE While on the cross Jesus ask MY GOD MY GOD why has thou Forsaken me? he questioned Gods will , the world grew dark and the ground shook when he ask God this at that point Jesus lost faith, blasphimed God ,Jesus had to become as one of us a sinner to die for our sins,

Funny ... MichaelX keeps posting the same copy pasted scriptures that he managed to find and that's all he's got! LOL

God CAN'T sin. He is incapable of sinning. That is one thing God can NOT do.

God with a capital "G" has no sins and is perfect. gods with a lowercase "g"--their only sin is being an animated object that has no feelings and can do nothing to help anyone.
