do they really help with hair growth? and if so, where can you get them?

You can get a cheap generic brand from like CVS or your local drugstore. They do help in hair growth and nail growth too.

Yes, I hear that they do, and i would take them too, but my mom would never let me. But i want to try the stuff the person above was talking about. You can buy vitamins like this at your local GNC, Walgreens, etc

Hmm. I personally don't know, but there is this one vitamin that I have tried and it does work it called Nutrilite® Complex for Hair, Skin & Nails and it also has a good price!

I really don't think you should use them unless you are pregnant. It could cause you problems.

i tried it, it doesn't work. u should buy a mutivitamin instead.
