It is not the best out, but certainly not the worst.
Check out naturapet.com. They have the best pet food out right now.
Wellness, and Artemis are fantastic too.
Read labels. Avoid any corn or wheat products. They cause allergies. Avoid animal-by-product, animal digest, and all preservatives.
Read "Food Pets Die For" by Ann N Martin. You will be shocked and amazed by the disgusting things it is perfectly legal to put in petfood.

Do you mean Natural Balance by Dick Van Patten? That is a VERY good food, one of the best. I would feed it myself but it isn';t high enough protein for my particular breed, although it would be for most.

WHY waste the money??
ANY decent quality ADULT feed is just FINE!
