No, but if you get in the habit of squeezing the muscle you use to restrict your flow of urine (for instance, contract & release for a count of 100 or more) you will strengthen the muscles and intensify both the force with which you ejaculate and the intensity of your orgasm.... which is likely to increase the volume, as a result. Beyond that, keep yourself sufficiently hydrated. I tend to favor non-medical options whereever possible. Good luck.

You should feel lucky that you have a girl that likes semen play. That is hot. There are some pills you can take I'm told but I don't know if they work. You could probably google it and find out.
